We can put a lot of effort in doing our asanas, pranayama and meditational practices. The importance of these practices is beyond any doubt, but the moment we step out of our laboratory, another level of practice starts, known as 'our daily life'.
Here we are in the middle of the arena filled with (challenging) situations, people and environments. It is so easy to repeat our habitual programs.
How to break through this repeating circle?
One crucial thing is a constant rememeberance of The Self. To be aware during daily events will help us to see 'is this my True Self who is judging, wishing, being emotional, or is this the pretending Self (the little Self or Ego)?. By asking ourselves this question, the True Self will become more visible and thereby true Joy gets chance to rule our heart.
