The human body has its own power to heal itself naturally. But with time, this powerful wisdom became a forgotten science. Every human body has 107 energy points. Each of these pressure points is connected to different areas of the body. Like, for some points are connected to the brain, some to the limbs, some to the gut, and so on. These points are actually those parts of the body where several vital nerves meet. That is why, when these points are pressed or stimulated in a certain way, the body heals.
This therapy is natural and is used for all ages.
Sedentary lifestyle and prolonged stress often block the energy channels, leading to pain and ailments. Marma helps by opening the blockages in the body and ensuring a good flow of life energy within. This is a natural way to induce self-healing in humans.
When the energy blockages open, the pain starts fading away, and the body starts healing. Marma Therapy also helps in harmonising mind, body, and soul! It is a beautiful way to heal the human race without depending on over-the-counter painkillers or unnecessary medicines! We offer the best Marma Certification Course in Rishikesh, India, which trains you in the Ayurvedic marma concepts and techniques and prepares you to use the healing science of Marma Therapy for self-healing as well as healing others naturally.
So, learn marma and lead a naturally healthy, pain-free life!
